ELIGIBLE REFUNDS We may issue a refund or exchange in the following situations: Technical Issues: If the downloaded files are corrupted, incomplete, fail to open, or are significantly different from what was described on the product page, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate the issue and either provide a working replacement or issue a full refund. Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, please contact us within 24 hours. We will verify the duplicate and refund the extra charge. 2. NON-ELIGIBLE REFUNDS Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations: ΓÇó You changed your mind after completing the purchase. ΓÇó You found a beat you prefer more on another platform. ΓÇó You already downloaded the product and simply do not like it. ΓÇó You did not listen to the preview before purchasing ΓÇö all beats are available for full audio preview before checkout. ΓÇó Your recording project was cancelled or you no longer need the beat. ΓÇó You purchased the wrong license type ΓÇö please review license options carefully before purchasing. ΓÇó The beat was used in a finalized, commercially released project. 3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND If you believe you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps: 1. Contact us through the Contact page on our website within the applicable timeframe. 2. Provide your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a clear description of the issue. 3. If applicable, attach evidence such as screenshots of the error or corrupted file. 4. We will review your request and respond within 1ΓÇô3 business days. 5. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5ΓÇô7 business days. 4. EXCHANGES In some cases, rather than a full refund, we may offer an exchange for another beat of equal or lesser value at our discretion. This option may be offered particularly in cases of accidental purchases or when a suitable alternative is available. 5. CHARGEBACKS Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us will result in immediate suspension of your account and termination of your license. We take all disputes seriously and always aim to resolve issues fairly through direct communication. Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. 6. LICENSE REVOCATION If a refund is issued, the associated license is immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the beat and delete all downloaded files. Continued use after a refund constitutes copyright infringement. 7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
